Creator asset licence

1. Licence Grant

A completed purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased assets for one creator identity or channel. The licence covers monetised live streams, recorded videos, thumbnails & social posts produced for that creator.

2. Permitted Editing

You may edit text, colours, images, timing, and layout for your licensed creator output. You may combine the assets with your own original content and export finished stream or social media compositions.

3. Restrictions

• Do not sell, share, sublicense, upload, or redistribute source files or substantially reusable template files.
• Do not claim the underlying VISUAPE artwork or templates as your own product.
• Do not use the assets for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not remove technical restrictions from a download service or obtain another customer's files.

4. Free-tool Outputs

You may use outputs made with a VISUAPE free tool for the same creator purposes without a watermark. You retain rights in the photos, logos, and text you provide. VISUAPE retains rights in its editor, template system, and original reference artwork.

5. Third-party Rights

VISUAPE does not grant rights to game logos, club marks, player likenesses, platform marks, music, or other third-party material. You are responsible for content you upload or add. VISUAPE is not endorsed by or affiliated with EA or its licensors.

6. Ownership & Termination

Purchasing a product grants a licence, not ownership of the source artwork. A material breach of these restrictions ends the licence. Finished, compliant creator content made before termination may remain published unless it infringes third-party rights.
