2. Free-tool Privacy

Photos, logos, channel text & rendered images used in the free makers stay in your browser & are not uploaded to VISUAPE. We process your email address & the tool name to send a short verification code, unlock downloads in that browser & prevent abuse. Marketing emails are optional, require a separate unchecked choice & can be stopped at any time.

3. Why We Process Data

We use this information to provide accounts, checkout, downloads, requested messages & support; protect the service & prevent fraud; understand how VISUAPE is used; improve the service; & meet accounting, tax & other legal obligations.

4. When Information Is Shared

We share information only when needed to provide a service you request, operate & protect VISUAPE, obtain professional advice, comply with the law or complete a business transfer. This can include providers supporting account access, payments, digital delivery, communications, analytics & security. They may use the information only for the relevant service & under applicable data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Essential cookies & browser storage keep sign-in, carts, verified free-tool downloads & checkout working. We may also measure site usage to understand performance & improve VISUAPE. Where consent is legally required for non-essential measurement, it will not be enabled before that consent is obtained.
