1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in access secure, and notify us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Products, Prices & Compatibility

Product pages state the price in your selected currency, included files, dimensions, formats, compatibility & known limitations. Review those details before paying. Platform or software updates made by third parties may change compatibility after purchase.

3. Payment & Delivery

A secure payment provider processes your payment. A purchase is complete after payment confirmation. Access is delivered to the purchasing account; keep your own backup of downloaded files.

4. Immediate Digital Supply & Withdrawal

At checkout, you may request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that beginning the download may affect a statutory withdrawal right. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. If you have not started a download and wish to withdraw, contact us promptly.

5. Refunds & Defective Content

Digital purchases are not automatically refundable after supply begins. If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or unusable in stated compatible software, contact us so we can repair, replace, reduce the price or refund where required by applicable law.

6. Licence

Use of purchased assets and free-tool outputs is governed by the Creator asset licence. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of VISUAPE source artwork or templates.

7. Free Tools & User Content

You must have permission to use photos, logos, names, and other material you add. Tool output is generated locally and provided without a guarantee that it is suitable for every platform update, campaign, or legal use.

8. Intellectual Property & Affiliation

VISUAPE and its original artwork remain owned by SPRNT Software or its licensors. EA, EA SPORTS FC, Twitch, YouTube, X, OBS, Streamlabs, and other names belong to their respective owners. VISUAPE is not endorsed by or affiliated with EA or its licensors.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not attack the service, bypass entitlement checks, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, or use VISUAPE to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

10. Liability & Changes

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, VISUAPE is not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party platform changes, misuse, or failure to keep a backup. Material term changes apply prospectively and will be dated on this page.
